Renew the certificate for my mail server

I have the same problem too. But I'm using Apache on a Debian Server.
I need to renew the certificate for my mail server. It still worked fine every time since now.
The other informations are the same.

Thank you! So my DNS-Records should be right but my server is handling the request in a wrong way?
Can you give my the command which gives the information like sudo nginx -T does?
This would be very kind.

Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
