We have certificate which states that its issued by image .
the server is Apache 2.4. I am trying to renew it but looks like due to firewall settings i am not able to renew it. we have enabled port 80 for all incoming request… I am new to this renewal of certificates, pls suggest what can i do inorder to have it working

I can't open this page, timeout for me as well. (I expected a 404 not found)

You should check your firewall, and you should also check that your A and AAAA dns records are pointing to the right machine.
