I receive the expiration email under my email registration & already renew the let’s encrypt SSL cert to the server & try the new private key at the server which shows the cert. will be expiry on 1 March 2018. But it seems that I can’t get through…
Can you advise whether the registration server name is still valid ??

What do you mean by "I can't get through"? Just that you are still receiving expiration warnings?
Did you note and understand the following part of the warning e-mail?
