I see a working certificate! 
Once you've installed a cert and its key into cPanel, you can delete/overwrite the cert and key files in the CertSage directory since cPanel keeps its own copies. For hosting with multiple domain names, you need to install a separate certificate for each domain name that hosts different content (i.e. has its own webroot directory). You will find much useful discussion on using CertSage multiple domain names throughout the topic thread where you downloaded CertSage. It's really not much different, but requires a few extra steps to get going.
