Redirect Loop Detected with CertSage

Did you remember to select your domain name in the dropdown box above the box where you pasted your cert? Did you copy only the first certificate in the certificate.crt into the box? Make sure to carefully follow the cPanel certificate installation steps as there are similar screens that can confuse you and steps that are easy to overlook. You'll get it. :slightly_smiling_face:

I'm not seeing your certificate yet in the certificate transparency logs:

I selected the whole cert not just the first one.. i didnt get that it was more than one until I read your post.
I have added just the first one. It has successfully installed in, so it says. Going to test now.

I have more than one domain on this hosting. If I load certsage in a different domain folder, will it create a different cert to use or use that same document, and will it mess up the first one or it is just use to create it so i can install it into the cpanel and not actually use the cert it creates on the server?
Thank you!

I see a working certificate!

Once you've installed a cert and its key into cPanel, you can delete/overwrite the cert and key files in the CertSage directory since cPanel keeps its own copies. For hosting with multiple domain names, you need to install a separate certificate for each domain name that hosts different content (i.e. has its own webroot directory). You will find much useful discussion on using CertSage multiple domain names throughout the topic thread where you downloaded CertSage. It's really not much different, but requires a few extra steps to get going.

Thank you all so much. Once I wrapped my head around all this it is pretty simple, at least it will be for the next one.

Thank you all again.
