Question on certificates

I received this email below. I would like to know what this is for exactly as I wasn’t briefed by the web designers/hosts about this.

Hello,

Your certificate (or certificates) for the names listed below will expire in 19 days (on 20 Feb 19 04:42 +0000). Please make sure to renew your certificate before then, or visitors to your website will encounter errors.

We recommend renewing certificates automatically when they have a third of their
total lifetime left. For Let’s Encrypt’s current 90-day certificates, that means
renewing 30 days before expiration. See
https://letsencrypt.org/docs/integration-guide/ for details.

Don’t worry about this email.

It looks like your developers/designers removed the “webmail.” subdomain from your SSL certificate, which leads to this somewhat misleading email being sent to you. You can find more information about this phenomenon here: https://letsencrypt.org/docs/expiration-emails/

Because the certificate was subsequently replaced, you do not need to take any action.

OK great. Thanks a lot.
