That domain looks like it is setup at hosting company webnode. They offer various paid packages to setup websites.

It that's true you should probably ask them about whatever your problem is. I believe all of their packages include certificates for HTTPS. If something went wrong with that you'll need their support to fix it.

If I don't understand the situation properly please provide more info about your problem getting a Let's Encrypt certificate or using it.
