Welcome @DZELEKE

Can you explain more about your problem? Because you got many certs (see your history here). These should be kept in persistent storage so you do not repeatedly get new ones.

Also, please answer more questions from the form as best you can.

The error message should have included a link to the article below. It explains more about this limit.

Hello,

You can see this attachment Everything is said here

Cordially,

Gael DZELEKE

Yes, I see the error but why can't you use one of these 5 certs you have been issued?

Did you lose them? If so, how?

I don't know how to reuse them, I just learned it !

What tool are you using to get the certs? Is that something from your hosting provider?

Yes the hosting is infomaniak
It really takes a week to regenerate the Certificates or am I wrong?

Here is what the text says here in attached capture, I translate it to you in English

No SSL certificate is installed. Please import the certificate from your certification body or install a free certificate.

IMPORT A CERTIFICATE

This certificate may generate security warnings to your visitors. Please import a new certificate or install another certificate.

I can't do anything for 2 days now.

I think you should ask your hosting provider how that panel works.

You have created 5 certificates with the same names in the past week. When you get a cert your server should use it. But, yours is not. Getting another cert won't help if you cannot get your Apache server to use it.

You can use a tool like this SSL Checker to see what cert your server is using. Using that tool I see:

Your elikiabusiness.com domain uses a self-signed cert

Your www.elikiabusiness.com domain uses an infomaniak preview certificate

Your hosting service is best able to help you with their system.

If no solution no problem, we will move on to another level of certification. The host does not manage Certification issues. I turned to you to find a solution because my ticket is already more than 3 days old, its solution for the moment. Thank you

You might want to consider changing to a host with better Let's Encrypt support.
