That's your nginx configuration. This forum isn't for general webserver configuration problems I'm afraid. It could be certbot took the wrong virtual host from your configuration file. I suggest looking at the nginx configuration yourself. If you do need specific help with the certbot part, please include your nginx configuration file within code blocks (the </> logo in post entry field).
