Checking certificates.
On some domains an incomprehensible message.

What does this mean?
It is unclear on the reissue of the certificate.
Is there a date of creation of the certificate by which the certificate is considered defective?
Apparently I messed up actually hitting the reply button whoops, deleted and fixed I think
This means the certificate issuer isn't recognized by the service that is checking your site, typically a self signed certificate.
This is not related to the CAA problem and subsequent revocations, to get assistance with your webserver / certbot (or other ACME client) your best option would be to make a new post following the template.
