Check the renewal conf file to see if it recorded that setting.
type C:\Certbot\renewal\leat.xyz.conf
It did and the following was added to the .conf;
webroot_path = D:\Server,
[[webroot_map]]
leat.xyz = D:\Server
t7.vc = D:\Server
www.leat.xyz = D:\Server
www.t7.vc = D:\Server
