PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR when sending POST multipart/form-data

It's not due to an incorrect certificate! If that were the case, the TLS connections wouldn't have made it further than the TLS handshake. But as my Wireshark network dump clearly shows, the handshake is good, the server just resets the connection a certain amount of bytes in the upload process.

You are right,

I just did and the problem persisted.

Yes, sure.

It wasn't but I have gotten new leads from this, it will help me narrow down.

Error logs don't offer much information either.

Thanks reporting back.

Yep - if an upload works with 8192 Bytes, but not with 8193, that's not a certificate problem.

A certificate problem would affect all uploads.

I have same issue after latest CWP panel updates. I live same problem all web sites using Let's encrypt free SLL on CWP panel. Other SSL certs not have this problem. I'm contact with my other friends using CWP and Let's Encrypt SSL. All is have same issue after latest CWP updates.

Maybe this is not Let's Encrypt SLL issue but now we live this problem with CWP panel + Let's Encrypt SSL

I try contact with CWP technical support but I must pay credit for get technical support. Maybe you are too try contact with CWP technical support about this issue.

Reading the Changelog Changelog – Control-WebPanel [CWP] - there is a new CWP secure kernel.

http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/cwp-secure-centos-kernel

Check if there is an option that limits upload files to 8 MByte.

I not have new secure kernel:

CWP Secure CentOS Kernel currently is NOT running

You can request the installation of CWP Secure CentOS Kernel from our support team!

Problem still exist. Now I dedect using any SSL certs websites with latest CWP updates live same problem. Problem not cause of Let's Encrypt SSL. All SSL cert not work correct after latest CWP panel updates.

I thing this is latest CWP update BUG. POST data with SSL not work cause of this BUG. I thing any incorrect limit set after latest CWP update. But I can't find which limit set wrong with latest CWP update automalicly.

Potential solution:
wordpress can not upload images

Need to upgrade Apache to 2.4.46 version.

I'll try it today. The opinion of others is also interesting.

Relieving to know am not the only one facing this. There's no information on the internet relating to this issue, I have searched for 3 days!

I was even in the process of setting up http 2 protocol, but now I think I will just have to wait for CWP to fix this bug.

I see the issue has been posted on their forum as well.

Thanks I will do this.

Looks like it works for everyone.

What's your current / not working Apache version (if this is the reason)?

PS: Ok, it's a

Server: Apache/2.4.39 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips

But I think it is the current cwp update that has a bug, not every environment running apache 2.4.39.

The same was working well before.

I was also facing the same issue, reinstall apache worked for me.
yum reinstall cwp-httpd
