Policy forbids issuing a certificate

Hello!

Our affected domain is: www.unomasuno.com.mx

When issuing a new certificate from plesk panel, it produced this output:

Invalid response from https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/new-order.
Details:
Type: urn:ietf:params:acme:error:rejectedIdentifier
Status: 400
Detail: Error creating new order :: Policy forbids issuing for “www.unomasuno.com.mx” and 2 more identifiers. Refer to sub-problems for more information

My web server is: Apache 2.4

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Linux Centos 7.6

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AXARnet

I can login to a root shell on my machine: yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site: yes, Plesk Onyx 17.8.11

Since Digicert have also revoked a certificate recently for that domain, I am guessing that this is because UNOMASUNO is on the OFAC SDN list. As a result, Let’s Encrypt isn’t allowed to issue certificates for it.
