Not getting a new certificate on 123 Reg

My SSL certificate expired on 01 Sept. When I run the wizard to generate a new certificate, it tells me a certificate is already generated and 'It is renewed if required.' When I install it in cPanel using copy and paste, it tells me the certificate expired on 01Sept. I've refreshed LE each time. (I've done this multiple times in the past and never come up against this before.)

My domain is:
concordconflictsolutions.co.uk
I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
TSO Host (now 123-Reg)
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
I dont know
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

I am not sure what that means. I see you have a long history of getting a cert for that domain name. But, your hosting company is in the best position to debug what has gone wrong. I assume they setup the cPanel and Wizard to make that all work.

I don't see any evidence of a cert being issued for that name today. So, that confirms why cPanel is saying it already expired. Something has gone wrong getting a fresh cert.

If there is some specific error message shown we could maybe give more specifics. But, 123-Reg knows their system better than we do.

Or save yourself the hassle by just using CertSage like many tsoHost customers.
