Hi @Rushik7

checking your domain via https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=toshiba-acmea.com you have a

Server: Microsoft-IIS/8.5
X-Powered-By-Plesk: PleskWin

Plesk Windows and a redirect http + /.well-known/acme-challenge/random-filename to https.

There follows a page of your CMS.

And the certificate is old:

CN=toshiba-acmea.com
	04.09.2019
	03.12.2019
132 days expired	toshiba-acmea.com - 1 entry

There is only one single Letsencrypt certificate.

Do you use Plesk to create the certificate?

Minimal step: Remove the redirect if the folder starts with /.well-known/acme-challenge to see, if that helps.

Hello @JuergenAuer, thanks for the quick response, I have used plesk for the certificates.
