I've seen people have this problem before, but in varied manners. Usually they use Apache, but this time I'm using nginx. Would anyone please help me complete the certbot problem?
your root domain is pointing at private IP 192.168.0.103 so Let's encrypt is right that it has no valid IP to check. it'd obviously fail so bother not try.

that or use dns-01 challenge by using namecheap dns api
