New SSL certificate for Azure app service on app gateway

Dears,

I having existing lets encrypt setup running on azure app service using custom domain and certificate automatically renewing every week, my question on the new app the publishing part it required a pfx certificate, how its need to create it will create by existing automation script or manually create a temporary script?.
