New SSL cert issues

My domain is: web.strattonandschoolingsurveys.co.uk

I ran this command: attempting to access site

It produced this output: www.web.strattonandschoolingsurveys.co.uk uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for the following names: lokacije.ugostitelj.hr, www.lokacije.ugostitelj.hr Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN

My operating system is (include version): ?

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Smart Hosting

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): cPanel

How did you generate the certificate and add it ? the domain lokacije.ugostitelj.hr is hosted on the same IP address, so I’m assuming that the wrong certificate is associated with your account. It is probably worth contacting your host
