New CDN for the Staging API

Please let us know when this change is live in different continents, then I can make a test for the Apache client from Germany. Thanks.

I saw it switch over to Cloudflare around 12 hours ago - I had assumed it changed globally all at once since it was done by DNS.

Since it was not mentioned from where to where you switched, I could not be certain.
