The error means your site’s certificate is expired.
Do you have access to your site’s cPanel?

If you do, please log on to the cPanel, go to SSL/TLS, then click on Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests.
Once you are there, generate a csr request and go to zerossl.com, proceed with domain verification to obtain an certificate.
Once you obtained the cert, go back to control panel and install that via manage ssl sites.
If you don’t have access to cPanel, pass this tutorial to someone who has access and let them proceed to renew the certificate.
