NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error in ONE user

Hi! I hope you are well :slight_smile: and thanks in advance for your help.

99.999% of users see my website ok. It is wired, but ONE user reports the error NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID trying to load the login page. I see everything ok, and certificate valid until April. You can see it here: WhatsApp Image 2022-02-21 at 9.39.42 PM.jpeg - Google Drive

Any ideas? Suggestions? Thanks!

My domain is: www.emprendemy.com/login

It produced this output: NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error in ONE user

My web server is (include version): Server version: Apache/2.4.41 (Unix)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: AWS - Lightsail

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): no

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): certbot --version

Thanks for your help!

Is their pc time and date accurate? Does it only happen with your website?

Hi @9peppe and thanks for your reply.

I really donΒ΄t know, it is a customer and I should ask. It is weird. I will ask to her.

Thanks!
