Need help for forwarding from a ssl-domain to webspace without ssl

Hi, i’ve got a problem. A customer has a website at a hoster. This site uses a LetsEncrypt-ssl-certificate. Now he wants webspace from us, because he wanted a website from our designer. After we finished the work on it, he decide to forward from the old site to the new. That works. But all browsers shows the content unsafe because of a missing ssl.
What can we do now. How do we get the content safe?

My domain is: https://steinmetzschule.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Win

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Hosting.de

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): No

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):

You don't have root (or administrator) access to the servers, but you also don't have access to a control panel? If that's the case, how do you manage your sites?

Sorry,my fault. Off course we have access to a control panel.
