My security certficate expired in 2022

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:advancedtranslationservices.com

I ran this command: Yes.

It produced this output: SSL Certificate expired in 12.2022 but when I requested to get it many times I have not got anything. Because of that my website is not working: I asked for the automatic update many times. When I was trying what to do I also got another message that I a purchased certificate, which I didn't do intentionally ( it says: A CSR was generated for this web site.
This website is awaiting the installation of a certificate purchased through a third party SSL service provider. If you need to generate a new Certificate Sign Request (CSR) please select the option from the menu." . It seems that it is going to charge me something?
How does the free one work and still it has not updated the free one. Again when I requested it didn't send me. I am layman who has no knowledge on this issue.

My web server is (include version): any

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):any

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Omnis

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes.

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes.

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): Not sure.

This doesn't answer the question.

Nor does this.

Nor does this.

Nor does this.

If your control panel, whatever it is, has the ability to manage a certificate, you should do it there. If you don't know how, or if it isn't working, your best best is to contact your hosting provider and ask them.

Hello @dshamebo,

Please answer @danb35 questions!

I see you have wildcard certificates thus you must have used the DNS-01 challenge
Has you DNS Provider changed in any manor since Fri, 16 Sep 2022 01:00:05 UTC?
