Maximal certificate requests - synology

First time using Let's Encrypt, first time certificate has been requested for this domain. I opened port 80 to my Synology, as required to complete the cert request.

My domain is:player.foutts.us

I ran this command:

It produced this output: Maximal certificate requests reached for this domain

My web server is (include version): Apache - I think that is what Synology runs

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): DS 6.2.3-25426 Update 2

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: NA

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):yes

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): Synology

There are no certificates seen issued for player.foutts.us nor foutts.us.
Be sure you have provided that FQDN ("player.foutts.us") to the Synology device.
