Log rotate issue in certbot

Please help me I followed the steps to install certbot letsencrypt.
Systme: Ubuntu
Server: Apache

When I run this command:
cerbot --help [it works]
when I run other commands like:
certbot --version
it gives below error:
When I follow installation document it works
I run certbot --help works
but now whaever command I run like certbot --version
it gives below error:
/var/www/html/letsencrypt# Because we are using logrotate for greater flexibility, disable the does not exist or is not a directory
please help me. its very urgent
I am using terminal to connect with AWS server.

I don’t see how logrotate is involved here, please specify the whole error message.

I tried to run this command:

sudo certbot --apache -d mydomainname.com

and gives this error:
/var/www/html/letsencrypt# Because we are using logrotate for greater flexibility, disable the does not exist or is not a directory

I don’t know why this is happeing

It would really be good to see the entire Certbot output here (including from certbot --version).

Which install documentation did you follow?

Could you share the contents of the file /etc/letsencrypt/cli.ini please?
