Limitations of certificates per week

My domain is: www.gopublic.dk and several others (for many clients)

I work at a company, where we have a lot of clients. One client is created on one solution and for most of them we do not experience issues with certificates.

But some clients have a lot of subsites and therefor a lot of domains (more than 100). Is there any way we can get this limit raised, as we are encountering issues with launching all of som clients sites at the same day.

Our limit is 100 certificates per solution per week.
