Letsencrypt client command to use existing private key?

It’s been mentioned that you can use an existing private key/CSR to generate the new letscrypt certificates, but what is the actual command options i need to pass on with letsencrypt client to do so ? also what command for non-standard Nginx configs ?

So actually the interface does not seem to be finished and a it seems a documentation for this feature will be added soon.
