But i can add only 20 names/ week. Right?
No, you can only issue 20 certificates per week (that refer to the same registered domain). Each of those certificates can contain an arbitrary number of names, up to 100 names per certificate. The number of names mentioned in a certificate is not a factor in calculating the rate limit.
