Let's Encrypt on a VPS with CloudFlare

Hi, I would like to install Let’s Encrypt for my website that is hosted by Digital Oceans.
I have a VPS running Ubuntu and Nginx. My question is can I install LE Cert AND also using Cloudflare service? - because I read in SiteGround’s website that is impossible to do such thing but only for some particular sub domains which I don’t have.

Here’s what I understand from the link:

  • I can install LE Cert for my website that’s hosted in a VPS running Ubuntu 14.05 and Nginx by only following those steps in the link AND also continue using ClouFlare.
  • I can follow those instructions while CloudFlare is activated.
Please is my understanding right and also can you clarify these lines for me ?
"Be sure to check the page rules for the domain in the CloudFlare dashboard to ensure that there aren’t any which would result a request to the validation URL to be redirected or only accessible via HTTPS."
P.S: can I use this video tutorial besides the link provided https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9aa7xqX67c ?
Will the LE SSL Cert be a Full Strict SSL http://i.stack.imgur.com/6qY4H.png ?
Thank you for your time
