Let's Encrypt and Webmin issue

I’ve gone ahead and installed all the necessary for Let’s Encrypt on Webmin. That is all working fine. I’ve generated a cert and had it install. The current certificate is displaying correctly in the webmin Current Certificate tab however, when I go to my https://domain.com its still showing not secure. Seems to be still using an old self signed certificate rather than the one generated by Let’s Encrypt.

Does anyone have any suggestions or reccommendations? Thanks in advance.
