I ran this command: sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart

It produced this output:

And did either of those commands show anything about that. So far we cannot tell if this is related to Let's Encrypt or not.

I don't see anything that is related to Let's Encrypt in those outputs. You might try a bitnami support forum.

The other thread you linked to had errors about Apache failing to start. Yours does not have anything like that. In fact, your status output looks truncated.

Okay, But I have the same problem. Apache has not started on my server. don't know why!

Well, I don't see any errors in that output that describe Apache. Or, anything else that we could help with. If you have more details please provide them.
