Issue renweing SSL certs - fails to verify domain

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: sdc.ie and www.sdc.ie

I ran this command: using auto install plugin manually I successfully completed the 2 file acme challenge and then had failure verifying domain and wont generate certs. I have been using this mechanism for 4-5 years every 90 days. this is first time it has not worked.

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): |cPanel Version|110.0 (build 58)|
|Apache Version|2.4.63|, |MySQL Version|8.0.42|, |Architecture|x86_64|, |Operating System|linux|

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Lets Host Ireland

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): dont know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): yes cPanel (version 110.0 build 58

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Hi @johnstna,

Welcome!

Presently the site is serving https://decoder.link/sslchecker/sdc.ie/443 which is this certificate crt.sh | 18149562200 and it was issued Apr 30 17:19:44 2025 GMT.

I am assuming you've got the issue resolved. If not please add anything else you can.
Thanks!

Tha ks for getti g back..yes managed to get domian verified and certs generated this evening. Had to ditch the plugin I had been using for the last 4-5 years. Picked another plugin that works similarly and worked first time. Still not sure why though.!!
