Is there a way to request a revoke of a cert?

If I lost my account key and the domain key, how can I revoke a cert ?

You can follow the "Using a different authorized account" instructions from here: Revoking Certificates - Let's Encrypt

You will need to authorize the same domains as the certificate in question from a new account and then submit a revocation request for the original certificate.
