Is there a documented process for requesting a service be added to the docs/monitoring-options/ page?

Hi,

I run SSLreminder.pro, a TLS expiry monitoring service that's been live since 2016. There's a free tier (2 domains, no card) aimed at exactly the "I want a reminder if my cert isn't renewing" case the docs page describes.

I noticed PR #1932 was reverted with a note that the team can't verify individual services, and that approval happens out-of-band. So rather than open a cold PR, I wanted to ask here first: is there a documented process for requesting a listing on docs/monitoring-options/, and if not, what would be useful to share?

Happy to provide whatever helps − operating history, public privacy/terms, sample reminder emails, anything else.

I think that reversion was done due to the fact an individual accidentally merged the initial PR while it should not have been an individual decision.

I believe the proper way is to open a PR and wait for the team to review it.
