I keep getting not secure and I am getting no errors in letsencrypt debug.

How to get it so chrome, etc says secure?

You have received Let's Encrypt certs but your BBS server is configured to use a self-signed cert.

You need to configure your server to reference the Let's Encrypt cert instead. Sometimes you need to reload or restart servers to pickup new certs or new config so do that too if you haven't.

I am not personally familiar with Synchronet BBS. You may need to refer to their docs or support forums for assistance with that.
