Like the title says:
Include expiration date in domain listing when 'sudo certbot'

Certbot is not a Let's Encrypt service, thus the Feature Requests is not the appropriate channel to request feature requests for Certbot.

Also, sudo certbot certificates already shows the expiration date ("Expiry date"), so I'm unsure what you're actually asking.

This "Expiry date" was added to Certbot back in 2016 in version 0.10.0 (released in 2017). I'm hoping you're not running such an ancient version of Certbot, right?
