Hi @josephbeh

checking your domain - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=behfarm.ml#connections - the intermediate certificate is missing:

Should look like

Use fullchain.pem instead of cert.pem and restart your nginx.

I’m just using cpanel in infinityfree hosting and request to paste the private key and cert from their ssl option. May I know the fullchain.pem is require to change via where? Sorry If I’m asking a too simple question, but I really a beginer on it. Appreciate if able to have ur guidance

There is no intermediate certificate? May be the file “chain.pem”.

If not, open the file cert.pem with an editor and add

-----END CERTIFICATE-----

All from -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- to -----END CERTIFICATE-----, so your own certificate is the first in that file, the Letsencrypt intermediate certificate is the second. Save that and use that.

That’s the content of fullchain.pem.

Thanks, I think is because the hosting issue, they limit the chaincert. Thanks to your reply

If you give your hosting provider the fullchain.pem file, it contains the cert & the intermediate. Your provider will use that instead of the chain.pem.
