I can't reissue the let's encrypt certificate for the hackers.mobi domain

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi @alejandro.canosa

did you create that entry manual?

Is this a Certbot output or is this a Plesk output?

If you have used Plesk: Is your Plesk able to write to your ns10.servicio-online.net.

If not, automated renew may not work.

Is there a better log? Too much informations are missing.

That's

ns10.servicio-online.net

one of your name servers, see https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=hackers.mobi

There is no TXT entry visible. Not a correct, not a wrong.

it's a plesk entry; I have my domain connected to cloudflare; my dns server is ns1.hackers.mobi
ns2.hackers.mobi

These are not your dns servers.

Check the output of your domain - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=hackers.mobi

hackers.mobi nameserver = ns10.servicio-online.net
hackers.mobi nameserver = ns11.servicio-online.net
hackers.mobi nameserver = ns12.servicio-online.net

I saw it seemed weird because all the domains are perfect instead, I will ask for a glu record to support and I will surely be able to renew the certificate

Use a manual method and create the required TXT entries manual.

Then you have a wildcard and 90 days to fix it.
