I cant create a new certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:
nginx.valentesystems.com
I ran this command:
Set a new Certificate
It produced this output:
CommandError: Saving debug log to /tmp/letsencrypt-log/letsencrypt.log
Some challenges have failed.
Ask for help or search for solutions at https://community.letsencrypt.org. See the logfile /tmp/letsencrypt-log/letsencrypt.log or re-run Certbot with -v for more details.

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
CPNEL
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

Are you hosted at Hetzner?

Because that is who owns the IP address in the DNS for that domain.

If so, this is a better question for them. There is likely some sort of cPanel configuration problem. They would have set that up and know best how to configure it.

@MikeMcQ The combination of Node.JS and Certbot with that output lacking all kinds of useful details reeks of NPM..

Yeah, I thought so too. But w/cPanel too?

In any case, nothing much we can do at this stage.

I'm not sure what that "cpnel" actually means. cPanels interface defaults to port 2082 according to some sites and there's nothing listening on that port at 5.78.75.151.

I'd recommend OP to ask for help at the NPM support channel(s) if it's actually NPM which is being used. Or else Hetzner indeed.
