I am facing issue on my subdomain I have succesfully installed ssl from my cpanel on my main domian but it seems its not working with subdomain

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:
eshop.luxeautospa.pk

I ran this command:

I installed through cpanel directly

It produced this output:

Hi @dublewW

the eshop has the ip 95.142.152.194.

The luxeautospa.pk has 185.119.173.100

Two different ip addresses, same cPanel? If your cPanel runs on the 185.119.173.100, you can't create there a certificate with the eshop subdomain.

Hey thanks for pointing out, No its the same cpanel shall I change ip for eshop by editing the dns? or do you have any other suggestion?

???

How should that work if your shop runs under that other ip?

Please read some required basics:

Normally, a (new) ACME client must run on your shop - ip - machine. That has nothing to do with your main domain if the ip is different.
