SSL is not working on main domain

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:mysticforever.com

I ran this command: SSL is not applied on mysticforever.com, however its working on other domains like www.mysticforever.com, cpanel.mysticforever.com etc.

It produced this output: Not secure

My web server is (include version): Apache - 2.4.51 (cpanel)

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):CloudLinux release 7.9

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Webhostingpad

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Cpanel, 11.94.0.8

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

You issued a lot of certificates: letsdebug-toolkit

One (five, actually) of them is valid for all the names you need. You should use it.

How did you obtain your certificates?

Your server is sending the cert which has 7 domain names but that cert does not have your apex domain mysticforever.com. So, just make another cert that includes it.

Or, you have 5 wildcard certs which would work fine. You could switch your server to send one of those.

If you don't manage the cPanel, speak with your HSP.
