I am having this error :
Upgrading certbot-auto 0.12.0 to 0.13.0... Couldn't download https://raw.githubusercontent.com/certbot/certbot/v0.13.0/letsencrypt-auto-source/letsencrypt-auto. <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>
and I checked and realized that for some unknown reason githubusercontent.com doesn’t open in my area. So I think I have two options, 1- to stop certbot from updating itself, or 2- to update certbot manually (for example downloading required data using a vpn and transfer it to my server)
can anyone help me please with one of the mentioned solution? or provide me with an alternative solution?
