My domain is:

I ran this command:
sudo certbot -d dd.sub.domain --manual --preferred-challenges dns certonly

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version): apache

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): ubuntu 16.04

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): certbot 0.26.1

how can i renew my certificate? this is an intranet site only. i used the “sudo certbot -d dd.sub.domain --manual --preferred-challenges dns certonly”

--manual without scripts to automate the DNS update isn’t a workflow that supports renew.

To renew, you just repeat the process (run certonly again).

so i will just issue “sudo certbot -d dd.sub.domain --manual --preferred-challenges dns certonly”

Since you use Cloudflare for your domain, you might also be interested in , which would make your renewal totally automatic.
