How to renew an expired certificate?

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hi @astr023

your answers are required.

How do you manage your server?

There - https://megapode.ca/ - is a GoDaddy certificate, not a Letsencrypt certificate.

And it is valid - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=megapode.ca

CN=megapode.ca, OU=Domain Control Validated
	13.11.2019
	12.12.2020
expires in 285 days	megapode.ca, www.megapode.ca - 2 entries

Are you trying to renew your hostname plan.megapode.ca?
It looks like you are on AWS EC2 (or services utilize EC2), do you know what did you do to obtain the certificate in the past? Is there anyone helped you before?

Thank you

The problem come with plan.megapode.ca and this one is a let’s encrypt certificat ??!!??

It was my old “partner” who was taking care of this part… I’m all alone now… What do you suggest?

Thanks for helping!
