Could you please provide ANY more information than just the four words in the thread title? As far as I’m concerned, it doesn’t make any sense and I can’t make a relation to Let’s Encrypt.

I’m sorry, what is your question? Are you asking how to renew a certificate? Or if you can get a certificate that lasts longer than 90 days? If you’re asking about the latter, the answer is no, Let’s Encrypt certificates are valid for 90 days only.
