How to get lets encrypt API key and acme URL

I will be using lets encrypt with certbot utility for automatic certificate generation.
But How can I create or get lets encrypt API key and acme url for the same?
Is there any guide for the same ?

Certbot can automatically create an API key for you when first run. No additional configuration is required.
