How to Change SSL Certificate Host Provider

#1

Hi Team,
Would you please help me out to change the SSL Certificate Host Provider. I want to shift to Letsencrypt.org and my website is https://www.supportnumbertech.com/ because I am not fully satisfied with my hosting provider who issues my SSL certificate?

Hi @sunpreetsingh

Letsencrypt means “automation”. So you need an ACME-client which should run on your server to create new certificates.

Please start there:

and

Then check the list of clients:

Port 80 is open to your server; So that is good and can enable most ACME clients for direct authentication via HTTP-01.

Also, your DNS provider appears to be GoDaddy.
There are DNS plugins that can work directly with GoDaddy DNS.
So DNS-01 validations are also available (which means you can also get wildcard certs).
[wildcard certs require DNS validation]
