In your previous thread today I saw perhaps "someone else" has renewed your certificate today. I think it's probably best to identify and ask that "someone else"?
Because it's searching for a needle in a (admittedly relatively small) haystack if you don't know how the certificate was issued and/or renewed in the first place. Which ACME client is being used et cetera, that sort of information.
