Automatic certificate renewal?

My certificate expired 2 days ago however I thought it was meant to renew automatically? I don’t know what to do to fix and would appreciate your help!

My domain is: https://snowwydesigns.co.uk/

My web server is (include version): I don’t know

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): I don’t know

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: TSOhost

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): TSO Control Panel

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): I don’t know

It will be difficult to give you any actionable advice without knowing which ACME client or control panel was used to obtain the cert.

Do you recall anything about that?
