I heard that the Letsencrypt’s certificates are valid for 90 days. I am looking to get use them in the future on many sites and would like to auto renew them, as manually renewing them less than every 90 days for every domain would be completely unfeasible.
How do I do this?

that's correct. 90 days. So automation is the key.

If you use shared hosting, your options may be limited. If you use a control panel with an integrated solution or if your hoster supports Letsencrypt, it's easy. Use that integrated solution.
